PRISTINA, June 6 / ATA / – The 20th edition of the 2018 Book Fair, was opened Monday evening in Pristina and attended by 100 publishers from Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia and the Albanian diaspora .
In attendance at the opening ceremony of the Pristina 2018 Book Fair, organized by the Association of Kosovo Publishers were , the Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, Ambassador of Albania in Kosovo,Qemal Minxhozi, Pristina Mayor, Shpend Ahmeti as well as President of the Association of Kosovo Publishers, Daut Demaku.
The Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj stated that, “the government is determined to support book publishing and distribution, making tax incentives, zero VAT, as well as committed to working hand-in-hand with law enforcement.”
The Kosovo Prime Minister Haradinaj added that, as part of the generation of freedom, he has read and been inspired bu the rebels, heroes, patriots, the great men and women of the nation who fought for the purpose of freedom.
