TIRANA, May 16/ATA/-Interior Minister must not answer neither legally nor morally, said on Wednesday Prime Minister Edi Rama.
He made the statement at the meeting of the Socialist Party Parliamentary group in reaction to tapping material that the opposition produced revealing the links with the world of crime of Agron Xhafaj, brother of Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj.
Likewise, PM Rama explained the stance of the ruling majority on this issue. According to him, the opposition’s masquerade deserves a crystal clear response in the political plane, but even investigation and punishment.
“We don’t let the people into the mouth of the wolf or crack justice when one of us is under charge”, said PM Rama.
But, he emphasized that the charges are not filed by the justice organs.
However, they cannot be neglected because there is concrete material and words may not be enough, said PM Rama./p.s./
