TIRANA, May 7 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ – Independent Qualification Commission, IQC, has started the hearing session on Monday with the judge of Constitutional Court, Fatmir Hoxha.
The judging panel included Xhensila Pine, Valbona Sanxhaktari, Alma Faskaj, whereas the subject of re-assessment Hoxha was absent from the hearing session.
In this session, the judge Fatmir Hoxha was represented by his lawyer, Julian Mërtiri.
The head of judging panel, Pine, said that the panel will conduct the process of reassessment on the basis of three criteria, wealth, moral and professional integrity.
Concerning his wealth, High Inspectorate for Declaration of Assets deemed that his declaration is correct. Fatmir Hoxha has not provided any false information or concealed any asset.
The member of Constitutional Court, Fatmir Hoxha, is the fourth member of Constitutional Court to face vetting, after Fatos Lulos, Vitore Tusha and Altina Xhoxhaj. /a.g/sm/
