TIRANA, April 23 /ATA/ –By I. Vata/ – The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Michele Nicoletti, has affirmed his support for Albania on its path towards integration into the European Union.
An Albanian parliament delegation led by the Socialist MP Ervin Bushati is attending the PACE Spring Session in Strasbourg.
The Albanian delegation is holding systematic meetings with many international counterparts to discuss Albania’s progress on its path towards the EU after the European Commission recommended last week that the European Union member states open the membership talks with Albania.
