TIRANA, March 14 /ATA/- Elbasani has transformed Wednesday into the epicentre of Summer Day celebrations, a traditional feast for this city that was later included on the calendar of official holidays.
A jolly and festive atmosphere is dominating the main boulevard since early morning. Hundreds of visitors from all over Albania and Albanian-speaking territories have chosen to celebrate the coming of warm season in the city of flowers.
As of yesterday, PM Edi Rama has convened in the city of Elbasan the CoM meeting, which in addition to development projects has discussed the main issues facing the community.
“Good morning and with this sunny view of Elbasani, I wish you all a Happy Summer Day,” PM Rama pens on his “Facebook” account.
On the occasion of Summer Day, the municipality of Elbasan has organized a series of activities that will create a cheerful atmosphere in this city.
