TIRANA, March 13 /ATA/ – Partly cloudy to overcast skies are forecast to prevail on Tuesday.
Light to moderate rain and occasionally thunderstorms will sweep across the country, according ti the Meteorology Service.
The wind will blow from northeast to southwest direction at a speed of 1 to 18 meters per second, sea waves will be three meter high.
Foggy conditions will prevail in early morning.
