TIRANA, March 7 /ATA/ – Partly to mostly cloudy weather conditions and occasionally clear spells are forecast to prevail across Albania on Wednesday.

The Meteorology Service said that light to moderate rains will fall mostly in the country’s central and southern parts, whereas heavy rains and thunderstorms will sweep across northern and north-western regions.

The Alps and the north-eastern parts at an elevation over 1500 meters above the sea level are expected to receive snow.

The wind will blow from southeast to southwest direction at a speed of 1 to 18 meters per second. Sea waves are expected to be 2.8 to 3.8 meters high.
