Prime Minister Edi Rama posted today on social media a photo gallery from this new neighborhood, which is now an urbanized space with all the necessary services for the community.

“Good morning and with the new neighborhood in Zall Herr of Tirana, I wish you a good day”, writes Rama.

In this administrative unit, 150 families affected by the earthquake have already entered into new houses, so far.

Now, the whole area will get an added value, thanks to the investment that is being made.

The new neighborhood in Zall Herr has paved streets, drainage channels, a garbage collection system, LED lighting, a park and a community center./p.s./

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today images of this new residential block, where 49 families will be housed.

Meanwhile, the prime minister said that so far, 150 families in Zall-Herr have already resumed normal life since the earthquake.

“These are the new houses in Zall-Herr of Tirana for 49 families who will soon have a new shelter. So far, 150 families in Zall-Herr have resumed their normal lives recovered from the earthquake “, said Rama.

The families affected by the earthquake in Zall-Herr, will take ownership of the new houses, in a neighborhood built anew especially for them, with model infrastructure and services, on land owned by the Municipality of Tirana.

In addition to safe housing and with modern standards for the local inhabitants of the area, the investment envisages the complete rehabilitation of the area, including the underground infrastructure, as well as the surface infrastructure with roads, sidewalks and lighting./p.s./
