TIRANA, Feb 20 /ATA/ The Youth Guarantee program is helping young people enter the labor market, as part of a new approach by the European Union for the countries of the Western Balkans.

Blendi Gonxhja, Minister of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, shared Migena’s story on social media, highlighting how, with the support of the European Union’s Youth Guarantee program, she was able to transform her passion into a profession.

“Like Migena, every young Albanian aged 15 to 29 can take advantage of this opportunity to receive training, guidance, and employment support,” said Gonxhja, while sharing the link where one can apply for the Youth Guarantee: https://garanciarinore.puna.gov.al/punesimi.

Migena herself shares that she is very satisfied with the photography course she took, which, as she puts it, has greatly helped her grow professionally and taught her many programs she didn’t know before.

“Thanks to the fund I received from the Youth Guarantee, I was able to purchase the equipment needed for my photography business, and now I earn my own income by working as a photographer or creating music videos,” said Migena.
