Deputy Prime Minister, at the same time Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku shared in the social media images of the construction site of this lot.

“The work is underway in the Big Ring Road of Tirana. The physical realization of the works in Lot 4 has reached 80%”, wrote Balluku.

It is a very complex lot because here it was necessary to build a bridge of about 420 meters. This has been one of the most difficult segments of the Big Ring Road of Tirana also due to a high number of buildings without permission.

The project also treats the area with urban elements.

It is planned that all the Big Ring Road will be finalized at the end of this year, to be accessible to all citizens. The completion of works on the Big Ring Road of Tirana, a segment of 27 kilometers long, will connect the capital with all the national exit roads. /r.e/p.s./

TIRANA, September 17 /ATA/ In the city of Peshkopia, the works have kicked off on the urban requalification of the main boulevard.

The investment is being carried out by the Albanian Development Fund and also foresees partial intervention for the reconstruction of the facades of the buildings along the boulevard.

The deadline for the completion of this project is 12 months, while it is intended that the work will be ready at the beginning of the next tourist season.

Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, together with Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation Blendi Gonxhja, Director of the ADF Dritan Agolli and Mayor of Dibra Rahim Spahiu closely followed the beginning of works at this site.

Balluku said that this project is added to the long list of investments that have been made in this area, but also those that are in the process.

Balluku spoke about the Murriz tunnel and the Maqellar-Peshkopi segment, two important infrastructure investments, part of the Arbri Road, the works on which are going ahead at a good pace and after their completion, Dibra will be even closer to Tirana.

“I hope that by spring next year, we will be able to finally complete the last part of Arbri Road. Thus, we complete one of the most complex infrastructural works we have had”, said Balluku.

Through these investments, the whole area is getting an ever greater development, simultaneously turning into an attractive destination for tourists. /p.s./
