TIRANA, Nov 30 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama on Thursday expressed his condolences for the death of the former US Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger, describing the legacy of his books as the priceless wealth of a rare experience and wisdom.”

“Farewell Boss! Your books are left to mankind as the priceless wealth of a rare experience and wisdom, and will be available to anyone today and always, who wants to learn about international relations and geopolitics; balances between powers and political realism in maintaining peace and designing ways out of interstate conflicts; strategic thinking and the long-term perspective of foreign policy; the role of the inexact science of history and the importance of individual gifts when decisions have to be made in the fog of tomorrow…”, writes Rama.

“Grateful for the precious time you generously dedicated to giving me one of the most beautiful conversations ever. Rest in peace,” he says.

The former US Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger, died yesterday at the age of 100.

A Nobel Peace Prize laureate whose specialty was secret diplomacy, he was a living figure in American politics.
He was the most influential politician in Washington when it came to foreign policy. Kissinger became the famous architect of US-China rapprochement.
