The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj, shared footage from Eduard Doçi’s farm on social media, stating that “the production is destined for the domestic market, contributing not only to the supply of high-quality Made in Albania products but also to the strengthening of family and local economies.”

The government remains committed to supporting farmers with the objective of enhancing production capacity and quality in agro-processing, advancing the modernization of agricultural machinery, and fostering the development of agritourism, fisheries, aquaculture, and related industries.

Through the National Investment Scheme, offering a 50% grant combined with support from Soft Credit and the Sovereign Guarantee, every farmer can access financing with an interest rate of only 2% and collateral coverage of up to 70%.

Recently, the government approved a Sovereign Guarantee fund amounting to 3 billion lek, an instrument designed to facilitate farmers’ access to financing.
