According to the Durrës Port Authority, the cargo of wheat arrived in the port of Durrës the day before.

The merchant ship which has departed from Iskenderun, Turkey was anchored in pier 2.
The “Seacon 8” ship with 12,000 tons of chrome ore concentrate is being handled in the port of Durrës, while the “Dona Ble” ship with 8,500 tons of Clinker is waiting to be handled.

In 2021, the volume of commodities loaded / unloaded at ports is 4,839.6 thousand tons, increasing by 13.2%, compared to 2020. The volume of goods loaded or unloaded at ports has increased by 8.6% , compared to 2019.

In the second half of 2022, the volume of goods loaded / unloaded at ports is 644.7 thousand tons. During January-February, goods exported by sea freight accounted for 53.2% of the volume, while goods imported by sea freight accounted for 48.7% of the volume.
