TIRANA, May 11 /ATA/ In Belsh, work continues unabated to lay the pipes of new water supply system, which also entails the installation of photovoltaic panels to reduce the cost of energy needed for operating water pumps.

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Edi Rama shared a view from this construction site in the town of Belsh, an investment worth 10 million euros of the government and local government.

After 50 years of under investment, Belshi will soon access 24 hour supply of potable water through a modern water supply system built up to the standards.

Currently, the third phase of water supply operations is under way, while work is ongoing for the construction of the internal drinking water network in the town of Belsh, which serves 5600 inhabitants.

Investments in the municipality of Belsh are turning the whole area into a tourist and agro-tourism destination.
