These activities aim at promoting the participation of underrepresented groups – youth, women and national minorities – in the 11 May parliamentary elections in Albania.

The first workshop took place at the Committee for National Minorities with the participation of representatives of the Committee and civil society organizations working on national minorities.

The discussions focused on recent changes to the Electoral Code, the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations on national minority voting rights, e-voting and out-of-country voting, preventing election violations and vote-buying.
