The CEC head’s appeal comes as the counting of votes for candidates in April 25 elections is ongoing.

According to him, CEC has the film footage.

“The Central Election Commission has the film footage of the evaluation of each vote during the phase of tabulating the result for the parties and coalitions,” said Celibashi.
