“If you cast your vote blindfolded, because you don’t like Edi Rama, or you don’t like Fadil Nasufi and his company, and you vote for stagnation just because you belong to that group, you are literally doing a disservice to your own children, to those who cannot vote. Either the older brother or sister will harm the younger ones who cannot vote because their vote will go down the drain if used blindfolded. This vote should be used to advance Albania’s EU membership, to ensure that after the elections on the 11th, the counting process can continue on the 12th,” he stated during a meeting with the Socialist Party candidates in Berat for May 11 parliamentary elections.
The Prime Minister pointed out that while the counting in Albania will continue the next day, the team of 1,000 individuals negotiating chapters for integration will be in Brussels.
