In a post shared on social media, Denaj announced that enrollment in vocational schools remains open until September 30. Interested students can apply through the national e-government portal, e-Albania.

“If you’re still searching for the right path to your future, choose Mihal Shahini Vocational School in Cërrik,” Denaj wrote, “which offers the chance to build a secure career in agriculture through forward-looking training designed to prepare students for the job market.”

The school offers a variety of professional study tracks, including Agrotourism, Crop Production, Fruit Cultivation, Agricultural and Livestock Farming, Horticulture, Poultry Farming, Aquaculture, Agricultural Technology, Veterinary Science, and Food Technology.

Denaj emphasized that with modern laboratories, an operational training farm, and hands-on learning, Mihal Shahini Vocational School provides comprehensive, high-quality education – creating real employment opportunities both during studies and after graduation.

This vocational education institution, established through support from the Catholic Church in Albania and the passion of priest Dom Gjergj Meta, offers a well-organized vocational training on various trades for young students from the regions of Kurbin, Lezha, Fushe-Kruja, Mat, Kukës, Bulqize, Diber. Albanian government will support a project to further expand the school’s capacities and provide optimum habitual and education conditions for students under a public-private partnership agreement with the Catholic Church.

As many as 70 students attend the electrical and electronic studies, while more than 400 students attend the vocational education centre “Shën Jozefi Punëtori” in the northwestern town of Rreshen.

During his visit, Prime Minister Rama focused on employment data for this school graduates.

According to the school officials, most of the students have found a decent job upon their graduation and around 60% of the vocational education graduates take up a job immediately, whereas the rest choose ether to attend university or launch private business initiatives.

Vocational education school “Shën Jozefi Punëtori” has established cooperation relations with the Italian region of Trento, as well as with the Chamber of Crafts Dortmund, A vocational training platform for craftsmen in Germany.
