In a post on social media, Minister Manja stated that protecting victims of violence is a civic duty. He recalled that February 15-22 week will be dedicated to Protection of Crime Victims in Albania.

“The Albanian government has approved the first inter-sectoral strategy for the protection of victims of crime. This strategy provides a guarantee framework for the protection of victims. From February 15 to 22, 2024, the Ministry of Justice organizes the Week of Victim Protection in Albania. This week will be annual,” Manja informs.

“We invite all stakeholders, representatives of central and local govt. institutions, civil society, the media and the community to join us in this awareness campaign,” Manja says.
“Protection of Crime Victims is a civic duty for a safe society,” concluded Manja.
