The trial panel of Special Appellate College, composed of Sokol Çomo presiding, Ardian Hajdari rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz members, delivered on Wednesday the decision on the case related to the appeal from re-evaluation subject Përparim Kulluri against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the end of the trial in the deliberation room, the trial panel unanimously decided to uphold the decision of Independent Qualification Commission, which belongs to the subject of re-evaluation, Përparim Kulluri.
