Vata/ Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) held on Tuesday a hearing with the subject of re-evaluation Lindita Sinanaj, judge in Tirana’s Administrative Court of Appeals.

The judge in Tirana’s Administrative Court of Appeals Lindita Sinanaj was vetted based on three criteria, legitimacy of wealth, integrity as well as professional proficiency.

The Trial Panel composed of Pamela Qirko, Lulzim Hamitaj, Suela Zhegu after administering the evidence and facts and hearing the parties, decided to hold on July 8 the session for delivering the decision.

Lindita Sinanaj started her career in the justice system in 1993 and worked for more than a decade as a judge in the First-Instance Court of Fier. Since 2013, Sinanaj has been serving in the Administrative Court of Appeal in Tirana. /j.p/r.e/
