The agreement was signed today at the RAI premises in Rome and represents an important step in strengthening institutional relations between the two public broadcasters.

Vasili wrote in the social media that this partnership creates concrete opportunities for the exchange of films, the development of training programs for the staff, as well as the exchange of the best professional practices.

“This agreement marks an important step in strengthening institutional relations and international cooperation in public media with the aim of increasing staff capacities and improving professional standards”, emphasized Vasili.

The agreement also carries digitalization of the RTSH archive, as part of the ongoing efforts to preserve and modernize the Albanian audiovisual heritage.

“This partnership represents a long-term commitment to quality, modernization and European standards, in the service of the Albanian public”, said Vasili. /k.s/r.e/a.f/p.s./

In her remarks, on the third night of the festival of the public Radio-Television, Vasili said that, “What politics would have loved to achieve at this festival has happened: Albanians from all over the world gathered in Tirana, in the heart of Albanian patriotism. This festival will live long”.

“Something unique has happened here: Albanians have united. They have come from all over Albanian space; they have sung, competed and been together”, said Vasili.

Unlike other years, the Career Award of this edition did not go to an individual, but to an entire organism such as the Symphony Orchestra of Albanian Radio-Television.

Eni Vasili positively assessed the orchestra considering it as, “The jewel in the crown of every festival”, without which this event would not have been possible.

The award was received by the Orchestra’s Head Blerta Ristani, who said that, “The artists of this orchestra do the most beautiful profession in the world. This is the magic of making music together.”

Yesterday, there was the nostalgia night of the festival when different artists performed old song hits on the stage of the Palace of Congresses. /e.i/a.f/p.s./

“The second vote for the Director General of the Albanian Radio and Television proved successful, meeting the statutory requirement of the Albanian Radio and Television on election of the Director General with three-fifths of votes of the Governing Council members. Candidate Eni Vasili is elected Director General with seven votes,” announced Fatjon Hoxhalli, Chairman of the Governing Council.
