In his remarks, Veliaj praised the extraordinary contribution of former Deputy National Anti-mafia Prosecutor- National Ant-imafia Bureau, Francesco Mandoi, who during the last 3 years served as a liaison prosecutor between Italy and Albania.

“Francesco has made endless friends, has left precious traces in our country, a constant presence of prudence, maturity, counseling and mentoring for all those who have worked with him in the institutions of justice or government. Thus, I am pleased to be here today to honor our precious friend as he completes one phase of his career to continue then with another phase of his mission as a man of justice and righteousness,” mayor Veliaj said.
