In a televised interview, Rama explained what the legalization of cannabis means.

“Legalizing the use of cannabis for medical purposes is associated with two elements. There are many countries that have legalized one of the two. “First of all, we have the legalization of personal use, so it is not a crime or offense to use cannabis for personal purposes up to a certain amount of grams and to allow or legalize the use of cannabis for medical reasons,” said Rama.

According to him, “today in the world there is a whole pharmaceutical industry that is based on cannabis and produces medicines and creams.”
