In his remarks at the event, the senior Social official noted that the launch of the company’s subsidiary in Tirana takes place as Albania and the United States celebrate 100 years of their diplomatic ties, and pointed out the importance the leading firm attaches to Albania by opening its Balkan office in Tirana.

“On this 100th anniversary of diplomatic US-Albania relations we are provided the opportunity to mark the end of this year through the presence of a company that I have had the opportunity to see firsthand myself what we call “Capitol Hill”, namely the US Congress. This clearly shows impact and the importance of Straife LLC in the United States and the company has now decided to headquarter its whole Balkan office in Tirana and it includes Greece, Bulgaria and Romania as EU member states. This also shows how important Tirana is becoming,” Balla said.

The Socialist lawmaker Balla praised the US-Albanian excellent cooperation for the benefit of democratic developments, the strengthening rule of law and the market economy principles in support of Albania’s membership in the European Union, stability, peace and prosperity in the region, the war against terrorism and of course the newest global security challenge after Russia’s aggression on Ukraine and the effects of Putin’s war.
