He added that the United States are committed as ever to a strong relationship with Albania.

“The United States are committed as ever to a strong relationship with Albania. Our policies in Albania, including corruption-related designations, are well known and have been articulated by ambassador Yuri Kim as well as ambassador Philip Reeker, who visited in June as Acting Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of European and Euro-Asian Affairs. We look forward to advancing our bilateral relationship with Albania’s leaders, when the new parliament convenes in the coming days,’ he said.
