Rama emphasized that a new structure dedicated to innovation called “Knowledge Complex” will be built near the Fan.S.Noli University in the framework of supporting the reformation and internationalization of universities.

The Albanian Development Fund has started the procedure for the restoration of the historical building of the former sanatorium (donated by the philanthropist Thoma Turtulli) and the construction of a new knowledge complex.

This new facility will be an added space for the university to implement innovative programs.

The “Fan S. Noli” University, in collaboration with the ADF and the municipality of Korça, must now work in parallel to prepare new programs in partnership with well-known universities, which will fill the modern spaces of this knowledge complex with excellent students.
With this complex, the “Fan S. Noli” University provides a modern and sufficient infrastructure to accommodate not only students from Korça, but also others from Albania and the countries of the region.
