The meeting discussed possible projects for the development of value chains in the agricultural sector of Albania.
Denaj announced that the conversation revolved around the strategies and adjustments needed to help Albanian farmers reach the standards required to compete in elite markets.

“We touched on training, technology, and financial support as key tools for improving the quality of agricultural products and increasing competitiveness at the international level,” said Denaj.

“The meeting was an important step forward in establishing in-depth cooperation between the Albanian Government and UNDP, for the advancement of the agricultural sector and rural development, as well as the continuation of the work to reach the Sustainable Development Goals”, Minister Denaj said in a post on social media.
