The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali shared today on the social media images from the construction site of the underpass at “Eagle” Square in Tirana.

“The new entrance of Tirana, an urban work of another level,” Minister Spiropali said.

The project has entered the fourth phase, which entails the work on the asphalt pavement of the final and provisional roads envisaged in the traffic management plan.

The project on the construction of the underpass at “Eagle” square is considered as one of the most important works, part of the Tirana’s New Ring, which will connect the eastern part of Tirana with the existing ring.

The project is a technical solution for the circulation of vehicles in this busy segment, in harmony with the environment and urban development of Tirana.

The project envisages the construction of an underpass with lanes dedicated to buses and bicycles and gives special importance to greenery. //a.i/
