In a facebook post, Kurti said that Serbia’s approach was “deeply disappointing” but added that Kosovo was not intimidated by threats.

“Serbia’s approach is deeply disappointing. First impunity became normal thing and propaganda campaigns ensued. The goal is to make paramilitary and terrorist acts, threats and ultimatums normal too, claiming they are fake news and disinformation campaigns in the eyes of democratic world,” Kurti said.

Drawing a parallel to the ongoing war in Ukraine, he claimed, “The same crimes Serbia committed 25 years ago in Kosovo are being repeated by Russia in Ukraine.”
