The visiting UK parliamentary delegation includes Matthew Offord and Tan Dhesi from the House of Commons, Baroness Tessa Blackstone and Baroness Jane Bonham Carter from the House of Lords, who are visiting Albania upon an invitation of the Albanian Parliament.

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs said that the meeting between Foreign Minister Hasani and the British parliamentarians focused on ways to boost cooperation, particularly economic cooperation, underscoring the need for enhanced exchanges in education, culture and technology.

Reaffirming the mutual supports as partners, British lawmakers expressed gratitude for Albania’s steadfast support for Ukraine and congratulated him for hosting the Ukraine-Southeast Europe, due to take place in Tirana on Wednesday.
