President Osmani affirmed commitment of Kosovo people and institutions to integrate into the Euro-Atlantic institutions and expressed gratitude for the UK support over the years, stating that Kosovo has already demonstrated it is not only a credible partner, but also committed to cooperating with allies to contribute to long-term peace in the country, region and all over the world.

The President’s office said in a press release that Kosovo head of state underlined the UK’s continued support for Kosovo Security Force to meet NATO’s highest standards through various joint capacity building and training.

President Osmani said that Kosovo Security Force is ready and capable to join British troops in peacekeeping missions around the world.
