TIRANA, April 26 /ATA/ In the latest ‘Flasim’ (Let’s Talk) podcast, Prime Minister Edi Rama covered key weekly highlights, focusing on his trip to Abu Dhabi and the Delphi Economic Forum in Athens, which underscored a push to deepen strategic ties.

The prime minister emphasized that the visit to Abu Dhabi was a visit of solidarity to confirm the brotherhood that connects us with that country and on the other hand the belief that the Emirates will overcome this phase and emerge stronger from this great challenge.

PM Rama reminded the long-standing friendship and unwavering commitment of President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed to our nation and mentioned his contribution since Kosovo war and later during the earthquake.

“I once again received an extremely positive energy for Albania. During the visit it was confirmed that our friendship becomes stronger and that our alliance will be strengthened step by step with more cooperation, more projects and with more rapprochement between our countries”, Rama said.

Meanwhile, regarding the visit to Athens, PM Rama emphasized that Albania had a special place on the platform of the Delphi Economic Forum.

Rama also spoke about the meeting with the Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis. We reviewed the progress of the joint working group tasked with resolving outstanding issues to elevate the Albania-Greece partnership. PM Rama said he is confident that PM Mitsotakis’s personal commitment will resolve the outstanding issues and the relationship between the two countries will be further strengthened through special care, both for the Greek minority in Albania and for the Albanians in Greece. /m.m/j.p/p.s./
