PM Edi Rama shared on Monday views of the Skërfica Tunnel, the most important work of new national axis Kardhiq-Delvinë.

“Good morning and with the positive energy of ongoing work on the construction site of the Skërfica tunnel, the most important work of the new national axis Kardhiq-Delvinë, I wish you a good week,” said Rama.

The Skërfica tunnel, 1316 meters long, is a junction of the strategic road Kardhiq-Delvinë, with an impact on the development of tourism on the south coast and Saranda.

The Kardhiq-Delvinë road is one of the most important axes under construction, connecting the Ionian coast with Gjirokastra and Tepelena.

At a length of 33 km, the Kardhiq-Delvinë road will be one of key indicators for promoting the market economy, especially tourism./m.m//a.a/sm/
