Prime Minister Edi Rama shared Friday on his social media account some highlights from the second day of this fair.

“At our hospitable home in “FITUR” packed with interested visitors who toasted with the exquisite Albanian taste,” Rama said.
Albania started this year’s international promotion as a unique tourist destination, with the participation in the leading trade fair
“FITUR Madrid” from January 24 to 28, to showcase the rich tourist diversity.

In the course of this international trade fair, high -level meetings will be held at the Albanian stand in addition to presenting the diversity of our tourist offer among 152 participating countries.

Albania presents in this important event for tourism, its model of tourism diversity in the framework of sustainable development and in harmony with the environment.

Under the slogan “Albania, all you need is here”, Albania aims to attract visitors through the example of positive and sustainable practices in tourism that promote natural tourism destinations, local producers, ancient traditions, artisanal products and spiritual hospitality.

Last year, Albania hosted 87,000 Spanish visitors, while the well-known Spanish media “El Debate” described Albania as the ‘trend destination’ for 2024, increasing expectations for the attraction of visitors from this country./m.m/sm/
