He asked his followers on Instagram the question how much the influx of foreign citizens in Albania has increased in recent years, by 2.3 million or 6.4 million.

“The influx of foreign citizens doubled to 6.4 million tourists in 2019 from 2.3 million in 2013,” Rama said.

In recent years, tourism has received a strong boost with the number of foreign visitors at an all -time high not only on the coast but also in terms of cultural and historical attraction visits.
