Being a guest to a TV broadcast in new tourist season, Klosi expressed hope of coming out soon from the pandemic, but accepted that being under restrictions for a two year period may have caused problems with preparations and change of staff.

The minister also pointed to Europe and the world saying that much depends even on their opening from pandemics.

Klosi added that Albania is developing domestic tourism and is working on regional tourism with Serbia and North Macedonia.

The minister also congratulated the private entrepreneurs for investment of millions of Euros in tourism industry.

He also highlighted investments in  Gjirokastër, Berat or Nivicë, and especially Korça.

“These investments give us the possibility to speak about Albania’s golden opportunity in tourism being a strong competitor in the region.

Klosi also mentioned that Albanian beaches are cleaner at present thanks to sewage and cleaning facilities./j.p/p.s./
