On March 10, 2023, at the end of the relevant hearing, the Independent Qualification Commission decided to confirm in office of Naim Tota, prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office at Tirana Judicial District Court.

The decision of the Independent Qualification Commission was notified to the Public Commissioners on April 28, 2023. Today, the International Monitoring Operation (ONM) presented to the Public Commissioner with a recommendation to appeal the decision of the Special Appellate College.

The Public Commissioners is reviewing, at the same time, the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and the Recommendation of the International Monitoring Operation, said the public commissioner./r.e/p.s./
