During 2020, the Bank of Albania (BoA) undertook measures to mitigate economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic outbreak, among the restructuring of loans and provide support for businesses and individuals with liquidity problems.

Restructured loan for the sectors of industry and tourism amounted to ALL 6 billion or as much as a quarter of the total restructured loans during the year.

According to the Bank of Albania, about 75% of the restructured loans were in foreign currency. //a.i/
