In a televised interview, Topi said that the US decision is taken by institutions which have come to this conclusion after obtaining a lot of information.

“It is a very special case, it is supposed to be an unprecedented event in the relations with our greatest ally in terms of a very strategic and fraternal bond and I believe that it is an event from two perspectives, it is a perspective in legal terms because it has to do with exclusively with American territory.”
