“I have received many messages from Vlora and I want to convey this message to you from Shkodra, so that you don’t have any worries, because this does not mean that all the funds will go to Shkodra. I have received several messages today from some of the new mayors, will you come with the ministers here? No, I will not come, because of course we will do what is necessary and what we can for everyone, but no one should forget that Shkodra is in a completely different situation compared to any municipality, the minister said, it stands at 55th place for the level of performance that is measurable, in terms of what the citizens have benefited, and the objective is to take it to the top 5 best performing municipalities within 4 years,” PM Rama said.

Rama thanked the citizens of Shkodra for the support they gave to the Socialist Party to unite Shkodra with the rest of Albania on the path of development.
