Prime Minister Edi Rama highlighted today the example of an Albanian enterprise operating in Luz i Vogël village of Kavaja.

“Sun-dried tomatoes of Luz i Vogël in Kavaja, an added value of the foreign market, set an inspiring example. Tens of farmers have been engaged increasing the produce from 8 tons last year into 30 tons at present over a planted area of more than 20 hectares”, said Rama.

The “Albania Piemonte” has engaged tens of farmers and has employed the local community in this business.

The increased demand of the foreign market and especially of the Italian market for this produce will have an impact to increase further the arable land and increase the produce./m.m/j.p/p.s./
