Vata/ The Special College of Appeals dismissed the judge of the Tirana First-Instance Court, Kastriot Gramshi.

The Special College of Appeals held a court session on Thursday to hand down the decision regarding the appeal of the Public Commissioner against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission pertaining to the subject of re-evaluation, Kastriot Gramshi.

After analyzing the evidence and the facts, the judging panel of the Special Appeal College decided to reverse the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and dismiss Judge Kastriot Gramshi.

The Independent Qualification Commission confirmed in office on 25.3.2022 the subject of re-evaluation Kastriot Gramshi, judge in the First-Instance Court of Tirana.
