The video shows the ordered and greenery-lined streets along Lana River, the rehabilitation of which was one of Rama’s milestones at the helm of Tirana municipality.

“Good morning, delighted to remember that when we planted the trees they were a little bit higher than me – although I was not short,” said Rama.

The transformation of Tirana and rehabilitation of the Lana River which involved the demolition of unauthorized constructions and incorporation of green spaces in the capital were some of Rama’s achievements at the helm of Tirana municipality which gave another urban dimension to the capital. /m.m/sm/
