74 families are affected by the project. They demand suspension of the project and revaluation of the property at the real market price of real estate in the center of Durrës, where they live and work.

The project to revitalize the historic “Epidamn” boulevard, known as TID Durrës, foresees the expropriation of 74 families from Durrës, for which the government has allocated a fund of 315.5 million lekë.
