The Reconstruction Program in Thumana entails the construction of 278 apartments and 155 housing units.

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images from the reconstruction site in Thumana, where work continues uninterruptedly.

“Good morning and with the construction site of the new town of Thumana, I wish you a nice day. 278 apartments in 14 residential buildings, 155 housing units, modern access infrastructure, promenade, sports grounds, green spaces, school and ” Ramazan Jangozi ” kindergarten, and community center at the service of residents,”Rama said, while publishing the video.

In Thumana there is a 16 ha construction site and 37 426 m2 of access infrastructure.

There are also 3456 m2 of construction in public buildings, school, kindergarten, health center, community center, as well as 46,148 m2 of public spaces such as parks, sports grounds and 408 parking lots./m.m/j.p/sm/
