Rama emphasized that “the reason why today this is a completed process and a commitment kept in such a short time is because the preparatory work was completed, because Shkodra municipality is something else today and the mayor has come here to Theth more than the previous mayors of Shkodra combined.”

The PM emphasized that “today Thethi is not just a village. Today Thethi is a European tourist destination.”
Addressing the locals, Rama said that “you must feel and understand that you have a mission beyond your home, because the more you are aware of this, the more you will be on top of all the work that is done here, whether work done by the municipality and us or not allowing each one of you to overstep the boundaries of building here.”

“The project we implemented with ADF for the repair of roofs and for restoring many roofs to their identity has increased your opportunities for income from tourism,” emphasized Rama.
