The event provided an opportunity to promote Albanian culture, traditions and products to visitors from around the world.

The two embassies presented a mix of culture, hospitality and tradition through authentic food and drink, cultural activities and an atmosphere highlighting the close ties between Albania and Kosovo.

Visitors were offered a range of traditional products, including food, wine, chocolate, candied fruit and jams, giving them an opportunity to sample Albanian culinary traditions.

The joint Albanian-Kosovo stand also featured a cultural programme, with performances by the “Dardanët” ensemble and singer Hajrie Preniqi Gashi, who brought elements of Albanian music and folklore to the festival.

The Albanian Embassy in The Hague shared highlights from the event on social media, describing the festival as an opportunity to promote Albanian identity and cultural heritage internationally through the joint participation of Albania and Kosovo.

The municipality of Skrapar and “Natural Albania in the Netherlands” were acknowledged for their contribution to organising the event, while staff from both embassies were also thanked for their work in preparing the joint presentation.

The Embassies Festival in The Hague brings together representatives from countries around the world, providing a platform for cultural exchange and the promotion of participating countries’ traditions, products and cultural values.
