During a televised interview, Cano said that other than sending it online or by mail, the Government will set up tents in each municipality to ask Albanians about the initiative of the National Council.

“There are 3 methods. The first is through mail, so the questionnaire will physically reach every Albanian family. We have the envelope that contains the questionnaire, the letter of the Prime Minister, and the return envelope with prepaid postage that we give to the citizen who returns it after filling the form out. The other method is by completing the form online. The third, tents will be set up in the main municipalities giving the opportunity to citizens who have not completed it through the two previous methods. “Through volunteers,” said Cano.

Cano added that the obtained data will serve to have a feedback in the efforts to achieve our goals.

“The aim is to obtain a feedback that will help us meet further goals. We also give ourselves time to understand if the exercise at this moment should be done as presented, or if it has to be tailored to target groups, not only age groups but also rural and urban areas. It will be a periodic exercise,” she said.

As of Wednesday, the government has started distributing the questionnaire as part of the online consultation initiative.
