Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation Blendi Gonxhja said that this edition opens the curtain with the “Swan Lake” for two nights in a row at the National Theater of Opera and Ballet, staged by the well-known choreographer Angelin Preljocaj , premiere in Albania.

Choreography Preljocaj, in a combination of Tchaikovsky’s musical masterpiece with more contemporary arrangements, gives life to this monument of the classical repertoire.

Faithful to the original work, Preljocaj places the story of the swan princess at the center of the problems of our time.

The International Festival of Contemporary Dance in Tirana is a great opportunity to enjoy movement, creativity and inspiration, where artists and dance enthusiasts from all over the world come together in this extraordinary cultural journey. /p.s./
